As an outsider looking in and having observed this stock closely---> (i quite liked it and almost enetered a few times) this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Why?
- It's not money that they necessarily needed badly.
- It has been done with the stock at a low (in terms of price). Not only done at a time when the stock is at a 4-5 month low, but also at a 10% discount.
Meh......
