Absolutely. CAT's actual offering is in the data space, not the device. What makes the CAT product attractive is the data analysis and interpretation capabilities: utilise millions and millions of in-game and training sessions of data of pro-players to determine "who and when will perform better" and "who is under a high risk of injury in today's game". This is not something you can "copy".
