I was impressed by the new revenue figures - especially in light of known business lost - but they did not seem to positively impact extent of losses.
I have no idea how they determine Churn numbers - I doubt they would tell me - or you for that matter - based on 2500 teams maybe the numbers of units they had at the clients when they lost some of the bigger contracts were small - hence only 3% churn - no idea.
in terms of winning face to face - he may be right at some levels - but I doubt that is the case at elite product levels, certainly in the bigger deals.
I believe CAT took UKRL off SS and won Welsh rugby from several others & am told SS dropped out of CAF early based on terms presented.
This is a growing market - everyone doing pretty well at the moment - including some newbies!
