I can understand people buying this for the prudent directors, or the tight shell and future opportunities. But buying for this acquisition doesn't stack up for me. It's a throw at the dart board that they even admit is just an opportunistic swing. The market attributed about 3.5m to this land acquisition today. After valuing it less than $2m. Makes little sense to me.
