Cal, I have been in WWI since 2009 and I can tell you WWI has a very good board. There have been a few rocky periods but they got through it. Sure the deal last year with Mintails was a mistake and the board of WWI have certainly learnt there lesson - very much doubt they will ever deal with Mintails again. Derewo has been a hard slog for the board of WWI but they are nearly there - if they score Clear and Clean on all tenements, they will then be able to rid themselves of the illegals once and for all and commence alluvial mining. They are very confident of a successful outcome. The prize is not the alluvial project at Derewo, it is finding the source of the alluvial gold which they believe is very close and possibly within WWI tenements and could be a very large gold resource, and I mean large. With the SA assets, I personally think that if Derewo is a success, they will then sell the SA assets for a lot of millions and when speaking to the board a few years back, there intention was to make a return to shareholders of those funds. I am in the top 20 (waiting on the annual report to find out) and if they do return the funds to shareholders if they sell SA, it could be a very good payday for me - hopefully a fully franked dividend - but I am talking a few years down the track yet. If you do intend to invest in WWI it is a long term gamble. You might triple your money in the short term but I am confident of a 10 or 20 bagger in a couple of years time though I will say I have been waiting for that day since 2009 but having said that, I have never seen WWI in such a positive position before.
