I completely agree. I too invested on the premise of a seed company that basically had very little capital requirement due to the R&D refunds not a consumer products company.
I believe the strategy of producing & selling products themselves is completely flawed, they should had used the business model of developing products for the likes of BWX where they would have been able to continue with very low overheads & the same level of increased R&D rebates.
There are also too many incestuous relationships set up by Crimmins, this share looks more like one setup to profit it's mngt than shareholders.
Looks like this will be a sale for a loss for tax reduction this year for me.
