Oversold, this was well flagged and known from the second the federal court dismissed the case - they were scathing in their language of the original decision.

High court was never going to deviate from the federal court in this instance, in my opinion IMF should've pulled the funding after the fed court but probably figured with all of the time and money invested to date they may as well try for (a very unlikely) successful reversal in the high court.

If it goes back lower than 1.5 I'll add - this was not unexpected and the future case pipeline is much much bigger than when the original federal court outcome in this one was handed down
