This takeover offer is more important to shareholders than telling Management to deliver whilst taking such large pay packets.

With such a large percentage voting against, it suggests Management (and their supporters) are unlikely to have the numbers again. No wonder they’re telling shareholders to accept the offer.

I went back and read the AGM reports - there’s plenty of statements that promise delivering value for shareholders. $1.10 is not value.

When the paperwork arrives I’ll again be voting for the negative. If these votes are higher than 65% it should be pretty obvious to Management they have some work to do to save face.
