What I meant was future value of NTC share price. Yes Takeover value seems lower than real value, but for me, it gives me bottom price to start... It would be nice if stock price goes higher than 1.1, but if it goes south, the deal guarantees the 1.1.
Shareholders think the takeover price is too low, it should be around 2 or higher... Let's assume 2.0 (for example) is real value.
value was calculated based on current finance and portfolio. half year earning around 100 mil. & Fixed Wireless, DPU, M2M, etc
With additional portfolio and 5G experts from CASA added into Netcomm and communication support which highlighted by most of share holders, then real value should be higher than current value at 2 or whatever.
Sorry I'm not an expert on stock market, so I'm thinking based on common sense. Let's say I'm running local coffee shop and selling 100 cups of coffee a day, and now Starbucks wants to buy my coffee shop, then I think I can sell more than 100 cups of coffee a day... Either I or Starbucks think the sales would drop lower than current sales, both of them shouldn't agree the deal.
