isn’t it a part of company policy to notify shareholders that they have received expression of interest that another company wants to take over??? They never gave indications till today and had due diligence done in last few months... a..holes 

I wish some big players come in and over do this offer. But then who knows that these directors might be bribed by casa systems and gonna get shares in casa systems as well
