Based on the heavy trade volume at a price too close to TO price at this early stage, even for arbitrage play by investment banks, I think there will be private equity firms running the numbers over this, if not other industry players. I don't think anyone of those players would have thought they could have taken the company out at this price. They now know.

The synergies for CASA are perfect, if they can steal the company at this price. They have plenty $$ in them, if they can be pushed by another bidder.
