I remember that post and that was my assumption when I first saw bid today. But this was not the response from management today, very clearly stated "unsolicited bid" when asked by analysts.

Even SRX who setup up a proper data room where all potential buyers could review books and which resulted in a good binding offer, got a last minute bid knock out bid from a group who were not originally in data room just before the first deal was ready to be voted on.

Let's see if we have any activist investors on register. I'm happy to support if there is any.
