Why would the Board want to sell the company when after years of consolidation (AGM description) shareholders were apparently about to see the company's earnings grow steeply from the development of 5G and securing of large long term contracts with Tier One players? If these representations were about to be realised then the SP could have been north of $3. Remember the SP tanked in August 2018 when the impact of the 5G development costs were announced. So what we are being told is the company is worth less now that the 5G capability has been developed. This is despite recent announcements about how great the technology is.
