    Yes good buy for CASA , but usually first offer is not the last , let’s see what happens next two months , either way if you can wait till end of FY 1.10 is banked , don’t see it getting knocked back by the courts , it’s just a standard procedure for a overseas company when take overs are happening, happy to buy at 1.03
