well, its not a done thing yet, we could get another offer, I agree its low but that could draw out a counter offer which the board would have to take to the shareholders as well. $1.1 may not be the be all and end all. we have until may/june to shake out another buyer, with Huwea out of the picture another big player may see value. Would love to see a bidding war develop. Also, management have tipped their hand that the company is on the blocks for sale (too early in my opinion but what ever) so another buyer knows its the real thing. This could still develop into something much bigger!!!
