Yes she probably is, including potential bonuses and options, and maybe a substantial pay increase, which might also include free business class travel and 5 star accommodation in the USA, Europe and China.
The value of this company's technology is north of $2.50 per share, and literally everybody knows it, including 3 or 4 respected analysts who have recently written about it. For example, see the articles from the analysts at Motley Fool and Under the Radar, just to name two.
This is a massive capitulation by the directors and management at Netcomm, some of whom may potentially be eyeing off huge wage increases.
CASA have had a falling share price for quite some time now, and their capital raising was not fully subscribed, and their revenue is falling, together with their reputation amongst USA analysts, or so it would seem. Somehow they have convinced the board of Netcomm to go for this, and I'll never be sure how they did it - all I can say is that I suspect something has happened behind closed doors that we will never know about, and you can be damn sure it's all about money and personal wealth appreciation (somehow).
This is nothing more than a grab for innovative cutting edge Western technology by the Chinese, and I don't care what anyone says about CASA being an American company, which is a load of bullsh$#%.
Go check the documents for the birthplaces of the 3 CASA owners. And where is CASA's biggest production and business facilities? CASA China in Shanghai has contracts with the Chinese government. And the Chinese MD/CEO of CASA is paying himself (over) $6 million (USA dollars) in salary and bonuses per year, while the other two Chinese directors are also getting (over) $2 million.
And now they have Australian 5G technology, courtesy of a spineless group of Australian directors.
I hope the FIRB takes one hell of a look at this, and then comes down hard on squashing this, and then I hope enough shareholders have the guts to join forces and oust the directors who obviously don't want to be there, either for the shareholders they represent, or for their country.
