hi Whizard. I don't think the long term investors are holding out unrealistically for higher bids, be it human nature or not. they have seen the share price nosedive under the management of Sheridan/Milne as opposed to how the stock was flying under Stewart. if we had Management who cared for the company and not themselves we wouldn't even be in this position of even considering such a pathetic offer. we either need Stewart or someone like him who has the passion for the company - not people who are trying to jump ship and get what they can out of a rubbish offer and don't give a stuff about their shareholders
