I think you are going to find a lot more people here who have bought at prices above (sometimes significantly above) the $1.10 amount than those who have bought at prices below. and the majority of those, especially those who have been long term investors and understand what the company is about and what it can and should be doing. as opposed to the traders, are definitely saying NO to this pathetic offer
