Early days. Offer does'nt close for some four months, so there's no hurry for potential buy to jump in at this price.
After all, who jumps in and purchases in a rights issue in the first few days of offer.
Why not Telstra. Maybe they're running the numbers right now, and keeping their ear the ground re: o/s forum.
