    Hi futurenow
what I mean to say is that management did develop their business activity with some of their big customers in USA and Europe. But they fell into the trap of believing the huge business figures. I do not think that management mislead their shareholders, otherwise they would have sold when the stock still was significantly higher. Management simply went into this business "blue eyed", expecting to get a major share in this business, but not understanding the way some of these big names work: promises about potentially huge revenue numbers, obtaining commitment from suppliers, but not willing to firmly commit themselves.
Mentioning the names of those big customers, together with the big revenue expectations behind them, was a normal approach (and probably required by the stock exchange authorities). Management created big expectations, initially believing it themselves, but eventually it dawned on them that it was not going to develop as desired. Instead of waiting for the truth to become visible (you can't sustain the same optimistic story for too many years) and waiting for the stock to deteriorate even further, they decided to sell to the first buyer that became available. In my opinion management finally did make a clever business move and made their business palatable to Casa. And now it maybe Casa that is going into this buyout "blue-eyed".
