It’s a definitive vote of no for me. This company has legs and the offer was low. The fact that David Stewart has said yes tells me there may be bad blood between other directors. He will take out a healthy return but could easily more than triple his payday if management started to deliver results as per their quarterlies.

For me, the 5G network can deliver massive contract wins. If the offer is accepted by the majority of shareholders, they haven’t a clue as to the possibility of the next 12-24 months and where the share price should be. I honestly believe the fact that David Stewart wants out is due to his age and has know doubt worked extremely hard all of his life. For the business to accept the offer, it’s a little like taking a date out 20 times, having a marvellous time, buying dinners, and getting set to drop the underwear. But then simply walking away. We are at taking the undies off and enjoying the fruits of our labour with rights issues, waiting for any form of communication from the company that is of use and reading how shareholder value will be recognised in the near distant future.

Has the stock been manipulated to constantly drop to this price for a sudden offer? I’ll let you be the judge.

Macquarie are experts and experts have money. Funds play with stocks to reduce the prices. In my view, we are all being played big time and if you accept the offer, you could definitely miss out on a much larger return as we have been hearing from our company that investment in people and tech will pay off.

If we have been investing in people and technology, why sell now? For me, it’s a no brainier. I just hope that many in the top twenty think this offer is ridiculous and management start doing what they have been saying for years and that is to achieve global contracts, improved tech that will generate substantial sales and profit, therefore giving shareholders a “drop the undies” type scenario.

If David Stewart is reading this, you are one smart businessman, but sadly, you have created an opportunity where you could walk away with $100’s of millions of dollars if your management team worked smarter to achieve revenues and growth that has always been hinted.
