Management need to work harder. This offer is disgraceful and my shares will have a huge NO vote to everything until this board is sacked and I hope all long termers have the same view. In my opinion, ASIC will take a close look at this and I hope they uncover some deception.
A takeover has to be north of $2.50 as a starting basis. 5G is what should shake the market into buying this up to $5.00 and further.
Has anyone spoken to the CEO lately?
