Specy, yes "love it" and IMO it's just another string to our bow before a possible T/O. We have a "prime seat" at Burra. I also have the feeling and some "hints" that "Maslins" is far more advance than has been revealed to date. Acknowledge however that to some degree it depends on the % we are about to "give away" and who is the new partner, but if it is one of the "Big Boys" then IMO hold onto your hats. Some one has been nibbling away.
