re: Ann: Carrick Board Strengthened with Free... Prior to the announcement that the PFS not going ahead - more resource definition or exploration is being done or whatever the wording in one of the latest announcements to me suggests prelimary PFS findings (that were kept privy of the company) were uneconomic I have to assume...as why the change of strategy that took the share price over $1...?

Till that annoucement there was promise of a near term catalyst to take the stock back over the dollar mark and thus capital raising to mine would be less dilutive etc. Maybe CRK mgt did me a favour not releasing the premiliminary PFS findings as that could have been more damaging to the stock....?

CRK ran up over $1 earlier this year on the expectation of a positive PFS which was the reason for my initial investment ie a clear time line to mining was being mapped. I feel now this stock could drift further in the next 12 months as Freedman tries to extract some profit out of his investment / or cut losses if anyone knows what his average entry price is?

My main reason for selling after entering the stock late last year was there was a path to mining mapped at that point ie PFS being completed (see my other posts with forward PE's etc) now that path had disappeared I changed my sentiment to Hold. I held on a little longer to see what the next move was as it was clear with Frank Carr's passing management needed to be hired - then hiring a major shareholder out of "semi-retirement" was the clincher for me to take my loss.

A lot of opninions and assumptions in the above Freedman could find a "white knight" to fund exploration or development - anything is possible. I trust this answers anyones questions about my view/opinion of CRK. CRK will stay on my watchlist however now I would need a positive PFS to invest again considering it seems the last one was abandoned....or some magic from Management to change my view again...
