From 4th February Ann:
“Any decision by Hot Chili to exercise the Option and acquire the Cortadera project will be subject to Hot Chili securing project-level funding for the Purchase Price. Funding being contemplated may include provision of staged finance by a potential joint venture partner or partners.”
And from today’s :
“Project-level funding discussions are advancing with key stakeholders and the Company confirms that technical due diligence with potential funding partners is underway.”
They only forgot to add the $ sign in front of the announcement … it’s going to be a big year for HCH
