No, Ceto 5 is dead, buried and the pods are gone.
Thing is, it sounds all good and reasonable that the losses were "in the pipe". Hydraulics don't scale very well. But...
...why then the redesign and associated big delay in Ceto 6? Pipe losses? When Ceto 6 doesn't pump water to shore? Seems like there were actually other problems in things that are actually shared between 5 and 6.
