So they cant get any more Government grants, the SP has been diluted by CR's , we have sold off EMC for little bit of cash and magic beans . Where else can we get money ?. lets try some large companies and promise them whatever they want. And we still keep going.

Information on CETO and what is happening is needed not selling off possibilities to large companies. 1.6M is cheap for I think one of the first bites at CETO if it succeeds. Just another form of dilution
