The offer whilst conditional, doesn't depend on a certain take up percentage of owners. It may be that 20% (for arguments sake) of the outstanding shareholders take the offer and crescent acquire 50% of that - being 10%. What concerns me more is the "exit strategy" hedge funds will have for the remaining 50% share.
