Almost appears to me to be a big stitch up. And the name starts with C? Insto entitlements allowed to be sold before ours closes? Price of CDD falls to close to or below $1. A lot of retail holders back out and don't proceed. Underwriters pick up a bundle. C again? Don't know whether I am becoming paranoid? IMHO
