CDD is ex entitlement today - so can't get more at $1 any more if you buy (sadly).
I expected the SP to be around $1.50 on that EBITDA multiple - but seems the market might be aware of what is going on here. Still - early days yet I guess. I'd love the price to fall to around $1 - I doubt many others would like to see the same though - lol - understandably.
