Weather I participate in the offer or not, I'll be looking to exit this stock in the near term with some of my shirt left. Crescent will probably stick around long enough to take advantage of people's short term memory, and tart this thing up like lipstick on a pig and make out like bandits. I've made it a policy never to buy from private equity sharks. Myer and Dick Smith being the two latest examples. I pity anybody who buys in when Crescent exit, but I won't be one of ém. People who have their super or savings in retail or industry funds that buy the likes of those mentioned, ought to demand the people in charge be drawn & quartered.
