I think EBITDA is more comparable over a period where there is a crap raise, as the interest component is factored in, and also after writedowns, which usually affect Depreciation and Amort. So we have a more comparable number going forward for a time. Whether that is why they chose a different metric is another matter.
In the target statement, EBITDA was referenced for guidance as well.
