My estimate for Crescent's new share holding was on the spot but with slightly lower retail allocation than I guessed.

Crescent is now holding around 41%, this is the quote from this morning's ASX release:

Crescent’s relevant interest in Cardno will increase to approximately 41% (based on its holding of approximately 103 million shares) as a result of its take-up as sub-underwriter.
