I would be surprised if the SP drops down to $1. That would make the CR the worst possible outcome to shareholders. Just wondering if Cresent own 40% and FSS own 40% I mean they are obviously not buying and selling the stock they are just holding it. Does that mean that only the remain 20% is actually being traded on the market at the moment. And the volatility (downward spiral) that we are seeing is only in the last 20% of shares. Is that correct or am I missing something ?

Just wondering how low the market can theoretically drive the stock down if 80% of the stock is held by insto's...(who I presume would not be selling)
