Crazy low price - bit of an attempt at generating un-necessary fear in holders IMO. I suspect that many less financially aware holders will get fleeced as this is non renounceable. My opinion is such a raising at such a discount is unethical as many holders will get nothing for reneging on their entitlement during a "fear campaign".

Anyway - I would love it to trade at $1. I'll be going for all my extras, unless somehow I can buy them on market at such a silly price. I think it is silly to be limited to 25% extra too. Why such a restriction? Don't they want to make sure the cap raise is well supported??? ;-)

Also there is plenty of covenant lite finance available at crazy pricing. Such a discount for an un-necessary crap raise in the current credit market environment is questionable IMO.
