The possibility of a capital raising like this was flagged by Tikki Fullerton on Lateline Business in an interview with a Cardno executive during the Crescent Capital offer. I accepted the offer which appears to have been the right thing to do now. I can use the cash I got to take up the $1 per share offer if I wish to do so. This raising does seem very opportunistic.
