CEO’s are massively over-rated.
Minimal skin in the game.
More often than not focused on their own benefits packages with little or no regard to shareholder interests.
Reminds me of the old joke: what’s the difference between a CEO and a shopping trolley?
............ At least the shopping trolley has a mind of its own.
