...for example, John bought 100,000 CDD shares @ $3 per share cost $300,000 on 24/11/15. And John is eligible for 46,000 new shares (1 for 2.175 pro-rata) @ $1 per share cost $46,000. So John average cost after Entitlement Offer is $2.37 per share ($346,000/146,000 share).
..so if John sold all his shares @ $1.50 per share he would lose approx. $127,000...
