I think its worth noting for the sake of clarity here as there has been much talk of 3 announcements due before the end of Q1 which should have a significant impact on the share price, most notably 2 of them, and more significantly who the GEMDC is.

The dead line is approaching in terms of time frames, and i think we are starting to see doubters coming out of the wood works, most notably on twitter. Its easy to paint a negative picture of a company during and after a transitional period, and new strategic focus which is still at the very early stages of being executed.

Anyways, here are some screen shots from previous announcements, which were detailed in the Original CDX Overview thread i created at the start of the year ( i actually missed the stuff about China )






I think the next 3 weeks will be very interesting, and should give a good gauge on how good the CEO is and if he is able to execute this strategy to the timeline that has been provided.

3 pretty big announcements or pieces of work to get over the line in the next 3 weeks is huge given the tight deadline.

Its fairly well documented at the speculative end of the market that timelines get pushed out, things run late, third parties cause delays etc. etc
I think this has probably been reflected in the share price recently, its been pretty weak up around that 6 cent area for a while, demand has steadily declined and we have had is a few players washing stock and catching out a few traders and investors near highs, which seems to have now caused a domino effect and the stock has rolled over.

All that said and done, i will be extremely impressed if we get at least 2 of these announcements out before the end of March, get all 3 then we will really know we have the real deal with Craig not just another CEO taking a pay cheque ( please don't take any offence here )

Craig and some of the team have gone to China today for the next 2 weeks which obviously co-insides with the slide provided above. It would be fair to say they have not just gone over for a meet and greet, deals to be done and agreements to be signed. Should be an interesting few weeks.
