yes - streamlining makes sense
but
Brazilian plant to be canned and almost 1/2 mill bucks taken as impairment charges in 1/2 fin repot to Dec 31/14
mmmmmmmmm after we were told we need that plant to service the order load and more extruders...........

The only positive is the decision by Sao Paulo to ban all non-reusable bags as of 1/2015 (60 days moratorium)

Lets see what else get's "written" out before the report needs to be presented

then the merger - another CR - ..................................

still no real information on income streams etc etc etc
