That's because most small cap companies use consolidation for a cycle of pump and dump, share issues, consolidate, pump and dump, share issues....there is no genuine attempt to create shareholder value...I would also not be a proponent of a consolidation if this were CNNs intention. Still to see the profitably figures of this merger entity but if it were to turn CNN profitable then you'd expect that no more share issue would be necessary after the merger and the share price would finally reflect true value and potential of this company.
