TLS doesn't seem to have any trouble 'going around' with 12.2bn shares on issue

Seriously. Stop comparing CNN to TLS. 9bill shares on the market is way too many for a microcap. I would be very very surprised if any merger did not also include a consolidation. With such a large issue of shares it would be the prudent and opportune thing to do, and is historically quite a common time to make such a move. CNN share price is strangled at the moment, there's no liquidity and many investors just stay away. People laugh at me when I mention it to them. For the record, I am against share consolidations in general, but in this case it is desperately needed.
