I will email CNX next year and see if final authority has to go before Committee or not after going through DEHP and Nat. Mines. then to Minister. The reason I'll ask is that Committee's don't Officially Sit until mid Feb. If not before Committee we may see late January onwards. I'd like to be wrong and get it sooner, but we are still dealing with Bureaucracy and as we know they don't tend to do anything at speed........ Well unless your a CSG Company applying for something (*cough* tongue in cheek there) We will still need to get through the January part of the Summer Break in anycase. IMO getting earlier expectations may lead to disappointment. If we do, I'll consider it a bonus. I'm sure CNX will be on top of it any way. I just hope they keep us poor mushrooms in the information update loop.
