Kind of a win-win. Farm-In should mean any more CR's/dilution are not required, CVV clear debt and funding secured. FQM own under 6% of the company and a 50.1% stake in Calingiri. Probably won't see much SP movement for a few quarters. Management have done well being frugal in this project. How they burn through $3.6m in a few years will be interesting
