Uniradiology is the lowest of the low.  In need of urgent modernisation.  Its Carlton location is good, and Capitol should be able to strip out management costs and migrate it easily from an IT point of view.  It puts Capital next door to MIA in Frankston.

As three are co-located I dont know what the strategy is, why would you buy something next door other than to close it down.  Perhaps the sites will be better utilised with a Capital brand.

I would be interested to see the capital age of the equipment...
