No, Paul Dalgleish. On 14 Nov 17 he announced his sale of 2.3M shares at $4.40, just at the start of the downtrend and RCR's problems, and about six months prior to their trading halt and VA. It may be coincidental. After his sale he still remained a to 10 holder. I'm not saying anything nefarious has occurred. And besides, it is legal so it's simply an opportunity of circumstance that directors have.
My recollection was wrong when I said 'one month' in my previous post.
