Boronia (Bayswater really) has to compete with the bulk billing for walk at the state of the art Knox Private Hospital (Primary/Healius) and Marina radioloy opposite the hospital which also bulk bills. In Boronia New Capital (unirad) will be competing with MIA and Existing Capital. Sounds like Cannibalism to me but there will be opportunity for staff flexibility. Whether they can effectively reduce MIA's or Marinas referral base is the key.
