Sorry I don’t know that much about cloud certification - but there are many layers to it and that sounds basic level.
To give you an idea Microsoft are still being signed off around a few government compliance certifications this month I have heard - and they are by far the fastest growing cloud provider with the largest footprint in terms of data centres worldwide (AWS is larger by total volume with their Iaas offerings) it is a complex stringent process.
It depends what industry you are talking about but I can tell you many will be virtually off limits to DXN before they start (not legally at all, in terms of customers internal data regulations).
