Fair call, I kind of get the part about low cost capex - but what I am seriously not getting is why any business in their right mind is going to want to house their data in a low cost low capex data centre.
It seems really hair brained to me but perhaps I am missing something.
If they don't have any sales and just hoping to ride the back of the cloud boom - personally I would be very careful.
