The delay seems to be caused by ComputerShare who issued cheques even to those who had bank details on file. I checked my entry on ComputerShare and tried to link my bank account but they said it "wasn't available" for CHN even though it has been in place for year for other stocks that they are the transfer agent for! It is still showing as "unpresented" in my ComputerShare list of recent transactions but it hasn't arrived by post yet! So much for "paperless" trading....
